Finnish Association for Heart Children and Adults

Finnish Association for heart children and adults  established in 1975, is a nationwide patient organization that advocates for the interests of individuals with congenital heart defects and hereditary heart diseases, as well as their families.”

The association organizes a variety of courses, camp activities, as well as national events and meetings not only for children with heart conditions and their families but also for young people and adults with heart conditions. The association’s member magazine is published four times a year. The association produces brochures and other informational materials, supports the training of healthcare professionals, and organizes training for support persons.

Finnish association for heart children and adults has a nationwide network of regional branches that operate on the same principles for the benefit of their members in each area.
